Registration process

Registration opens: 16th of March to 14th of June 2017

The registration fees are:

• 60 € (before April 30th 2017)
• 80 € (from May1st until June 14th 2017)

The registration fees include the program, lunches, coffee breaks (morning and afternoon), and the dinner cocktail. It is not possible to negociate the registration fees.

NB: when choosing the fee, you must specify the status "student" or "academic" or "member_labo". Student status refers to students in bachelor, master, PhD. The fee is the same between student and academic, this information will only allow us to make statistics on the number of students registered at our conference.

The registration fees are to be paid preferably by online by Credit Card or Banck Transfer. NO PAYMENTS BY CHECK.

In the case of an order form, it's necessary to inform as address ICAR (CNRS) and send it by email to our administrator agnes.bailly@ens-lyon.fr.

The members and doctoral students of ICAR laboratory are waived of the registration fee but online registration remains mandatory.

There is not a reduced price for other universities or laboratories in Lyon.
